The Brief:

L’Anza Haircare called while planning an awards and incentive trip for their top global sellers at a Mexican destination to celebrate their brand support and provide an immersive end to end event experience. Everything from the arrivals, parties, swag, presentations and on-site event management and flow required branding and activations to keep the audience engaged and surrounded by the brand storytelling and ethos.

The Goods:

I pitched theme options, event countdown, run of show, hiring of outside talent and keynote, plus I drafted messaging throughout and leading up to the event to customize the attendee experience for the soon-to-bwe-rewarded salon owners, hairdressers, and salespeople. No detail was too small… from the airport pickup to the welcome gifts and a curated selection of in-resort activities.

The Result:

Just as we were tossing around ideas to create a step and repeat with thought bubbles like “What I think matters” and “Think BIG” we began to learn about Covid-19. Deep into the planning process, the pandemic halted all travel forcing the brand to pause and postpone the incentive trip into the future indefinitely.
