Event Content
Prepping event speakers by refining their message and delivery takes practice, no matter if the audience size from four to 40,000+. Every brand deserves to thoughtfully articulate their message through an impactful event, no matter how you bring your biggest brand advocates together.
Events taking too much time from your already busy day-to-day?
Leverage AI to write presentations, pre and post event marketing, work with your creative team or production agency to bring visual elements to life, project manage your event storytelling, prep your speakers, and provide impactful Keynote or panel moderation.
Have an events team and speakers within your organization?
Have the creative and marketing team to bring your brand to life? AI can also help with speaker prep, the agenda creation, or step in to coach your on-stage talent to rehearse and refine their speech. It’s all about great prompting to help cut through the noise and give constructive feedback.
Leaving an impact on your live audience is the sum of the entire event experience, but here are some of the best:

“Last week’s event was really great.”

The three biggest mistakes brands make in immersive events:
Waiting for help.
Going it alone can seem like a time and money saver, but business must continue to run in the background and most teams underestimate the amount of work it takes to run a successful event.
All talk, no action.
It’s tempting to fill the day with content. You’ve been building toward this event and have a lot to share, but people need time to process and get out of their head - so build in breaks, activities, stories and interstitials to help people feel your brand, not just hear it.
Missing marketing.
Prepare the in-event message and think about ways to capture the audience during, pre, and post event to get them to pre-book their next touchpoint. The results are in the next steps of action your audience takes.

Case Study: Beautycounter
While I’ve curated immersive events for a variety of brands, this case study is for direct-retail unicorn, Beautycounter.
Beautycounter hired me to strategize the target audience and theme, plus execute the outline, breakout sessions, and prepare speakers for their biggest leadership event of the year. We ran an ROI and determined that by focusing on the top 3% of leadership, we could both incentivize those striving for leadership titles while simultaneously cutting costs. To properly launch this 1x/year conference for the top 4000 leader, a deep understanding of expectations from both attendees and the C-suite was necessary. A 3-day outline was approved and we got to work aiding the keynote speakers and breakout panels with content. Close media coaching and presentation skills training ensured the event was the company’s inaugural event was impactful and a template for future planning.
“We could have never pulled off the event without all of your ideas, guidance and support. The reviews have been stellar so please be very proud as you were a big part of it.”
