The customer journey experience curates a brand into sophisticated micro-moments to bring the narrative to life. In this project I quickly grasped the audiences’ psychographics to create both offline tactile campaigns and online decision trees to communicate product architecture. I’ve helped brands tell impactful stories through polished delivery and well-balanced content. Unifying the audience and giving fire to the call to action during webinars, meetings, conferences, expos, and events. From scriptwriting, storyboarding, video production, speaker sourcing and speaker coaching, I provided a through-line in content to ignite action.
