The Brief:

ACCO Engineered Systems, known for iconic work on stadiums and hotels alike, called for help migrating from legacy to a new enterprise resource planning system for the first time in 20+ years. While the team was building out the backend and uncovering it’s impact to every department, customer, and vendor I was tasked with the goal to train every department and job function including the the new software, migrating and rebuilding department specific modules, and placing a permanent hire as Director of Training for the new department.

The Goods:

I architected an online learning environment consisting of 17+ training modules to train everyone in the company on how to use the essential features. Training consisted of everything from infographics, videos, screen share how to’s, motion graphic use case videos, gamification, workbooks, simulations, legends and glossaries to provide a seamless transition during quarantine for a hard due date.

The Result:

This was the most comprehensive and thorough training to date for the company next scale of operations as the project spanned multiple months and employed every bench strength I offer from training strategy, graphic design, video production and editing, copywriting, and digital training enablement leaving every department head singing praises and a seamless cut over to the new enterprise software with ample training in tow.

"Thank you very much for all your help on this project so far. I know you were thrown into the fire with quick deadlines and high expectations. We just could not do it on our own. Exactly the caliber we were looking for. You produced some beautiful content for us and I'm looking forward to the rest of what we can create for this project!"
