The Brief:
MONAT Global was set to launch their skincare category with the addition of a new category to add to their ever-growing empire of beauty products. As a brand founded on Haircare, skincare was a natural next step in their evolution and as experts in both skincare as a category and direct-selling as a sales model, the partnership was a natural fit. Marketing was seamlessly created alongside all training content.
The Goods:
Together with the in-house marketing and creative team at MONAT we successfully launched eight new products and delivered the selling architecture, skincare product catalog and order drop copy, website copy and layout ideas, plus storyboarding, scripting and first-round editing for the product launch videos, skincare backstory video, and launch pillars. Additionally, the product routines were prescribed and one additional product was planned within the parameters above to leverage this incredible launch and keep interest at an all time high.
The Result:
Within the first two hours of launch the skincare products had reached $1.5MM in incremental sales. MONAT Global earned a spot as one of “America’s Fastest-growing Private Companies” by Inc. Magazine landing on the Inc. 5000 list for the first time. Plus we won two gold Davey awards for Integrated Campaign- Promotional & Branding and Experiential & Immersive- Live Events.
