Beautycounter invited their top earners and emerging leadership to their once a year conference - LEAD - where attendees had the opportunity to work, play, and network over an action packed weekend of poignant learning and festive branded events. Billed as the premier training event, I curated the strategy, edited impactful content and prepared speakers with for the main stage, six breakout rooms, and makeup course.
The Goods:
Working cross-functionally with the in-house events and production agency and on stage talent, we successfully delivered incredible and polished education on mentorship, coaching, motivation, sales, social media and helped over 4000 field leaders build sustainable and actionable plans to build their business. Interstitials were meticulously curated with stretching, music and activities to keep the energy up.
The Result:
Beautycounter is on a rocket ship trajectory with countless impressions on social media, unicorn growth with a $1B valuation in just eight years, and a field of 60K+ advocates across the United States and Canada, all while leading the way in clean beauty as a socially conscious trend setting B corp. Since this conference, the brand reached out for help with onboarding which we completed with over 65 new multi-media micro-lessons on everything from product to sales and leadership, delivered through their learning management system which I built from the ground up garnering 8 awards.
